At Strides Running Store, we want to ensure you find the perfect fit for your miles. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your gear within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the shoebox is protected inside a shipping box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old tracking barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the gear, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
